Extracting addresses is trivial. Deciding which of them you may lawfully contact is the part that matters, and getting it wrong carries real penalties.
Scraping and sending are different questions
Finding a published address is not consent to market to it. Under GDPR and similar regimes, contacting an individual for marketing generally requires a lawful basis, and "it was on their website" is not automatically one.
Role addresses versus named individuals
A published press@ or editorial@ address exists to receive relevant approaches and sits on firmer ground than a scraped personal address. Prefer role addresses for cold outreach.
Relevance is the practical test
A genuinely relevant, individually written approach to a published business address is defensible and works. A bulk send to two thousand scraped addresses is neither, and it will damage the sending domain's reputation before it damages anything else.
