A rank tracker exports keyword, position, volume, URL and date. You need the URLs, deduplicated, to see which pages are actually carrying the rankings.
Two steps
Extract the URL column, then deduplicate. A thousand-row keyword report frequently collapses to sixty or seventy distinct pages.
What the collapse tells you
If a thousand rankings come from sixty pages, a small number of pages are doing nearly all the work. Those pages deserve disproportionate protection and attention — and they are usually not the ones anyone is currently focused on.
Count rankings per page
Rather than deduplicating, count how many times each URL appears. That ranks your pages by how much of the site's search visibility each one carries, which is a more useful priority list than traffic alone.
